Frederick was amazing. We had so many ants in the apt and couldn't figure out where they were coming from. This was right after we moved in (i just moved to SG) so it was pretty upsetting. He didn't just spray down the apt. He closely examined the walls & floors and found the sources to determine a more permanent solution. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the how and why. Would only use TSI going forward!

Frederick was incredible, arrived promptly, found the source of the problem and set to work. So good in fact, we've set up an annual agreement to look after our house for the next 12 months. I'd highly recommend. He's happy to have a good chat too, which is always a bonus :) Thank you!

Frederick Tan is great. Knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to address our termite, ant and cockroach issues straight away. Very reassuring to know he comes back every 3 months now to make sure pesky bugs don’t return! A maintenance/service plan with him is definitely the way to go. I highly recommend his services.
